Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
